Please mail or fax the following forms to Incarnate Word High School. Once all the documents are received by IWHS, your file will be reviewed by the Admissions Board and you will be notified by mail of your acceptance/denial

• Application for International Students for Admission to IWHS – Fill out this form and return it to IWHS.
• Transfer Recommendation Form – This form is to be filled out by someone from your current school and must be signed by your Principal.
• Have your current school send (in a sealed envelope) transcripts of the past 3 academic years.
• Madeleine Hall Dorm Application - If you are boarding, please complete this form and return it to IWHS.

If accepted, ALL international students must take the ESL exam upon arrival at IWHS. Because of IWHS rigorous academic program, students must have a strong working knowledge of the English language. If applying for grades 10 or 11, students who take ESL may have to add an additional year to complete their academic requirements in order to graduate. International students are ineligible to apply for grade 12.
