About the IWHS Parent-Teacher Club
The Incarnate Word High School Parent –Teacher Club (PTC) is a school organization that fosters community among students, teachers, and parents. Our goal is to enhance our daughter’s experiences at Incarnate Word by supporting school related activities and events. The PTC strives to expand the school’s spiritual, academic, athletic, and social community in many ways. We are blessed with an energetic and supportive group of parents looking forward to another successful year.
Our Goals for 2010-2011
- To support the Capital Improvement plan which has started with the gym improvements and includes new bleachers, sound system, lights and the weight room. Phase II will center on the beautification of our campus which includes landscaping as well as the building of Soccer and Softball Fields.
- To promote communication in order to increase parental involvement.
- To continue our support of IWHS in whatever manner we are needed because
“It’s all about the girls.”

Meeting Times
The PTC meets monthly, typically on the second Monday of each month, at 6:00 p.m. Please check our website regularly for updates and new information.
Volunteering
Interested in becoming involved in your daughter’s school? There are many ways to help out! We encourage families to become involved and work together to make this year even better than the last. If you already completed the Volunteer Form, the committee chairs will be contacting you regarding your particular event.
