FACTS - Online payments

After much research and investigation, Incarnate Word High School and the University of the Incarnate Word has contracted FACTS Management Co. to help us manage payment processing for tuition and incidental fees for the 2016-2017 school year.

The time for families to get signed up for FACTS is now*.

Visit https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/45DVG or use the FACTS link (located at the top of the IWHS webpage) to create your FACTS account today!

Please note the following features in using the FACTS system:

  • Convenient and secure customized online payment plan sign-up integrated with our RenWeb Online Enrollment Program
  • Payment reminders 5 days prior to scheduled payment date via email or text
  • Multiple payment plan options including automatic bank payments and credit or debit card payments (2.75% convenience fee)
  • Ability to switch payment methods (e.g. from checking to credit card)
  • Payments can be made from mobile devices
  • Access your FACTS account with a single click while in RenWeb
  • NO debt is incurred, no interest is charged, and you don’t have to qualify

*It is mandatory that all IWHS families set up a FACTS account for the registration deposit ($300) and payment of tuition and fees; this is one of the steps in our re-enrollment process for the 2016-2017 school year. Families must be signed up by Friday March 11th 2016 in order to reserve their daughter’s place at IWHS. Please note that additional re-enrollment information will be provided to you during the month of March 2016.

We are excited to be working with FACTS/RenWeb in this new capacity and are confident this program will provide a positive experience for our families. One important element in our decision is that FACTS works in conjunction with RenWeb and our financial/accounting systems. We will also use their Grant & Aid Assessment service to help us gather and prepare our financial aid awards.
