Dear Future Shamrock
Thank you for considering Incarnate Word High School! With the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, IWHS has served as a home of learning and spiritual growth for generations of young women from every walk of life. At IWHS, it is our goal to create an atmosphere where knowledge is best experienced through self-discovery and self-directed learning.
As a ministry of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word (CCVIs), IWHS strives to spread the educational vision of the Sisters to all. Attending IWHS is much more than an opportunity to obtain your high school diploma. IWHS, as an extension of the CCVI ministries, invites young women to become women who are led by faith to live into their potential. When you join the Shamrock Sisterhood, you are joining a group of women who have been grounded in and reflect a passion for service leadership, compassion, equity, and justice since 1881.

Campus Tour
Get to know our Shamily (Shamrock Family) with an in-person campus tour. In-person tours are a great way for a new student and their family to get to know Incarnate Word High School.
We are offering in-person, individual family campus tours by appointment only. -
Shadow a Shamrock
To register your daughter for a Shadow Day experience, please select a date from the link below. Shadow Day visits are currently offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. to meet your host. Pick up is at 2:45 p.m. Once the date is submitted, the IWHS Enrollment Office will send a confirmation email with details with day of information.If you are having trouble scheduling, please contact Ariana Uribe, Enrollment Director, at auribe1@iwhs.org.
